We are currently seeking a highly motivated studio assistant to help us at our small, friendly and busy architectural studio.

Primarily working alongside the studio manager, the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

The role will involve:

-Greeting studio guests and clients.
-Answering telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, transferring calls, taking accurate messages.
-Receiving and distributing post; franking outgoing mail and taking items to the post office.
-Booking couriers and taxis.
-Setting up meetings, organising meeting room refreshments and lunches.
-Ordering supplies for the office.
-Helping with shop stock press loan send outs & returns.
-Maintaining overall tidiness and appearance of the studio.
-Photocopying and binding project drawings and documents.

We are currently seeking a qualified Part III architect, with 3-5 years professional experience to join our small, friendly and busy architectural studio in Bloomsbury.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history of job running, excellent technical and presentation skills, along with a conscientious and sensitive approach to design.  

An enjoyment of working in a small team, excellent organisation and communication skills combined with a motivated attitude will also be key for this role.

A good working knowledge of Vectorworks is imperative; a clear understanding of SketchUp, Photoshop and other programs are advantageous. Hand drawing skills are also very welcome.

The practice is currently working on a variety of new build and restoration private residential projects, as well as a number of mixed-use masterplanning schemes. Experience in these sectors would also be beneficial.
