Ordering from us

We aim to make ordering from us as simple and straight forward as possible.

Once your online transaction has been completed the goods will be prepared for delivery.
To minimize the possibility of breakages all items will be wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and packed into a sturdy cardboard box with wood wool. All of this packaging is fully recyclable.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery; in many instances it will be less.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be sent notifying you of this and an estimated delivery date.
Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately.

If, for some reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements.
