Returns
You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.

To cancel your order you must advise us by email.
All parcels are sent back at your own risk.
We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

Also the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following-:
"personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification" this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition.This includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.

Pricing & Payment
All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges. No item will be despatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. For this reason credit card or paypal payment is preferred. We take payment via Protx for all credit card payments.

Miscellaneous
Photographs are taken as accurately as possible however colours in the photos may slightly differ to the finished product.

All images, photographs, pictures and text used on any website owned by Ben Pentreath Ltd are subject to copyright law and owned in full by Ben Pentreath.
Any unauthorised copying, printing or duplicating will constitute an infringement of copyright.

All images, photographs or pictures used on this website are digitally watermarked and contain image tracking code.
