A Village House in Norfolk
This is a replacement dwelling for a fine site on the edge of an attractive village in North Norfolk, close to the Sandringham Estate. Designed by our senior director Rupert Cunningham, working closely with our clients who have a strong interest in design and detail, the house draws on local Georgian vernacular examples.
Walls are in lime washed render with a black glazed pantile roof, and with a service wing in brick and flint.
Planning was obtained in 2022, a significant achievement given that the existing house on the site was a much smaller bungalow. We are looking forward to commencing construction and detailed design drawings, working with a local architect to deliver the project.
